BWOB at New York Stock Exchange

We’re excited to have you with us in Manhattan on Valentine’s Day for the iconic Opening Bell ceremony! Key things to know:

Date: Tues, Feb. 14, 2023

Arrival: 7:45am Eastern. With 115 of us and three security checkpoints it’s an ideal day to be fashionably early. As of 8am, you can access coffee and light breakfast in the boardroom where we’ll begin our day’s programming. Also, 8am is the cutoff to be in the building, unless you've already reached out with notification of a later arrival time that's been arranged for you.

Venue: NYSE at 18 Broad Street, 10005.

Dropoff: Guidance from the NYSE is that your driver should drop you off at Trinity Church, on the corner of Broadway and Wall Street, for a one-minute walk to entrance noted below.

Entrance: Look for and enter the large white tent at far left in front of the building. This is the first security checkpoint. The red carpet follows.

Selfies: You may want to capture some shots as you arrive, with the iconic columns of the famous facade front and center. When you exit for the day at 1:30pm, those will be entirely covered by an ad from the company doing that day’s Closing Bell.

Attire: Whatever you’re wearing to your next board meeting is perfect.

Weather: Expected to be 40 degrees when you arrive, 50 degrees when you leave and, appropriately, sunny skies throughout.

Prior Evening: Nothing scheduled, so you’re free to make plans.

Hotel: No room block, so book whatever earns you loyalty points.

Social Media: If you post online, please use the hashtag #BWOBatNYSE so that we can possibly amplify your voice. Wouldn’t it be fun if BWOB posts filled newsfeeds for the day?

WiFi: Select the ISN network in your dropdown. Password will be emailed to you in advance.
